An introduction to Korean cooking with its bold use of textures and flavours, sometimes unusual ingredients. The course will follow the rule of using 5 traditional colours, red, green, yellow, white and black. This ensures a variety of ingredients which embraces the 5 tastes : salt, sweet, sour, hot and bitter of Korean food. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary to enrol on this course.
